Research and planning advert: Drafts of Advert - Ms Begum

Drafts of Advert

The drafting process was essentially important for our group because we encountered difficulties whilst creating our ancillary products. This was due to the lack of conventions within our music advert. The drafting has helped us to figure where our mistakes were and allowing us to make changes to improve our ancillary products to compliment our music video.

The Drafts:

1.

Feedback & Areas to improve:

All the key conventions was included.
The typography and the colour of the text wasn't exactly relating to the genre.

This was beneficial as we can know change the font and adapt a better colour where the text can be seen easier.

2.

Feedback & Areas to improve:
As our last feedback from draft 1 was to change the font and choose a better colour that can be seen easier, we have adapted these feedback onto our second draft as shown above, the text can now be seen clearer and easier to relate to the genre as well as having good use of artist image.
Another feedback that we have received was that we are missing the release date. This was very beneficial as release date is one of the key information that needed to be in our music advert so that the audience know when the debut album will be release for purchase. We are now able to include the release date within our next draft.

Conclusion

- For our final product, we had to ensure to include all key information and all conventions of a music advert into ours to sell out artist as well as complimenting all the other products that relates to the genre well. For my final product, I had to ensure to include the key detail such as the release date.
